Actor Refutes Anti-Vax Position Following Lending His Voice To Controversial Covid Film

The "Taken" star has lent his voice to a new documentary that questions the safety of immunizations and commends ex- government figure Robert F Kennedy Jr.

The Documentary's Provocative Origins

Called "Plague of Corruption," the documentary is adapted from a bestselling book published by a controversial scientist, who gained notoriety during the global outbreak for allegations that Covid was caused by a faulty batch of the influenza shot.

The publication's writing partner, a producer, has also written books with far-right figure Alex Jones. Heckenlively took to social media hailing Neeson's involvement in the film.

A Strong Rebuttal

A spokesperson for the actor have provided a comment firmly refuting claims that he supports anti-immunization views.

"Many acknowledge that misconduct might be present within the pharmaceutical industry, but that must not be conflated with rejection of vaccines," the statement states. "Liam is not, and remains not, against vaccines. His considerable work with the UN children's agency highlights his consistent support for worldwide vaccination initiatives."

The statement added that the performer had no hand in the documentary's editorial content and that concerns about its content should be directed to the producers.

Key Themes Within the Feature

As presented, the voiceover spoken by Neeson makes several strong claims:

  • It states that pro-immunization voices have insisted on "blind obedience" to government bodies.
  • It posits that "medical science has become highly politicised."
  • Kennedy is shown stating, "The big problem with vaccines is that they just aren't safely tested."
  • It also criticizes stay-at-home orders, claiming they caused psychological harm that resulted in thousands of lives.
  • Regarding Covid vaccines, it cites a perspective that they were "hurriedly approved" and seen as "dangerous experiments."

Historical Background and Recent Issues

It includes a historical film about clinical trials on children, which was afterwards the subject of a formal apology by the broadcaster for unbalanced reporting.

In recent weeks, Kennedy directed the Centers for Disease Control to revise its long-held position that there is no link between vaccines and autism spectrum disorder. This supposed link is repeated in the film, contrary to a fresh analysis from the World Health Organisation reiterating no connection has been found.

A Past Record of Support

Differing from the film's message, Neeson has formerly expressed firm endorsement for vaccines in his capacity as a charity ambassador.

Two years ago, he referred to vaccines as "an extraordinary human success story," adding that "The discourse about vaccines in lately has lost sight of how much positive impact they have done... It is perhaps one of the biggest shared accomplishments in human history."

The film concludes with Neeson's voice stating, "This marks not the conclusion of our journey. This is the dawn of a different phase."
